The protection of your data is important to us. We process personal data solely on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (DSGVO/GDPR, TDDDG). Below we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on this website.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When the site is accessed, server log files are recorded automatically (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system). This serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.

3. Contact form

When you write to us using the contact or event form, we process the information you provide (name, email, optionally phone and company, your message, and for event enquiries the occasion, preferred date, number of guests and catering preference) in order to handle your enquiry. The form message is sent to us by email via the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co); a copy is received by our technical service provider who maintains the form. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b and lit. f DSGVO. Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing.

4. Table reservation

For reservations we link to the external service OpenTable (OpenTable GmbH). Only when you actively click the reservation link are you taken to their platform, where the data you enter there is processed in accordance with their privacy policy.

5. Cookies and consent

Technically necessary storage techniques, including your cookie selection stored in localStorage, are required for operation and do not require consent (§ 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG). We only set analytics cookies after your express consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Google Analytics

After your consent (“Accept all”) we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse the use of the website in anonymised form (audience measurement). We have activated IP anonymisation so that your IP address is truncated within the EU. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG). Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. A transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

7. Microsoft Clarity

After your consent (“Accept all”) we use Microsoft Clarity, a service provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). Clarity creates anonymised heatmaps and session recordings to understand how the website is used, and sets the cookies _clck and _clsk for this purpose. Entries in forms are masked. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG). Without consent, Clarity is not loaded. A transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the data is deleted after twelve months. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 DSGVO), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
